Proper fish tank lights for your aquarium will ensure that the tank remains in good condition, and that you will be able to observe your fish. Crate training your dog or puppy is worth the time and effort. It can take days or weeks depending on the dog’s age, temperament and past experiences. Provide a crate throughout your dog’s lifetime; it is your dog’s private sanctuary. Always respect your dog’s right to crate privacy. Limit access while off leash until house rules are learned. Crates are plastic (often called “flight kennels”) or metal and collapsible. Different sizes are available. They should be just large enough for the dog to stand up and turn around.

House breaking a puppy should start immediately, just after you bring him home. Even if he is only 7 or 8 weeks old, he wants to eagerly follow your lead…. it’s important to use puppy housebreaking training methods that will help him develop the appropriate behavior. Your puppy will make the decision where and when he will relieve himself if he is not trained early and correctly. This, of course, is unacceptable. If you have found a tick on your pet, you need to get it out. Pull your pet’s hair away from the tick. Then use tweezers to grab the tick. Try to get as close to the head as possible. Do not squeeze the tweezers. Instead pull up and away from your pet, pulling the tick out. Do this slowly so you do not break off the head of the tick. Then flush the tick down the toilet.
