To Avoid Any Dental Issues is to Clean Your Dogs Teeth Regularly
To start your dog teeth cleaning routine, you must first get your dog comfortable with having its mouth opened and its teeth and gums touched. Once you have accomplished this, then begin cleaning the teeth and gums using either a rough facecloth or gauze squares wrapped around your index finger. First start your attempts by rubbing your fingers along your dog’s mouth and inside his mouth if he permits it. You can wrap your finger in sterile gauze first and put a dab of dog toothpaste on it. To avoid any dental issues is to brush your dog’s teeth regularly (ideally on a daily basis). The mouth should be examined by your veterinarian immediately upon acquiring your new pet and at every vaccination appointment up to four months of age. A dental exam should be performed again at six months of age. Veterinarians recommend cleaning every 6 to 18 months depending on the individual dog.
