Pets add a lot of happiness too our lives. They give us companionship, loyalty, and unconditional love. That is why I find it so disturbing how so many people treat their pets. Basically, pets are treated as mere objects. People leave them at home all day without even considering options like hiring a pet sitter to take care of them. Pet boarding is not just a consideration, it is an essential. Pets have been bred over generations to depend on human companionship, and it should be a two-way street. If we are going to use them for their companionship, we owe them the loyalty of watching over their needs while we are not at home. That is why, whenever I’m going to be gone for more than a few hours, I try to use pet boarding.

If you want your little Pom to stand out in the crowd, then consider the Pomeranian lion cut. If you want to make your dog resemble a lion by shaving and trimming its hair, this is the type of cut for your dog. If you see a Pom with a lion cut, you will be sure to laugh.
The hair on the dogs’ hind end is clipped very short. Like a lion, the Pomeranians tail is shaved until the end where a fluffy plume remains. The ankles of the dog are not shaved but left with a puff of hair.
With this cut, the front part of the dog is left with full hair like the mane of a lion. Shave the legs down completely and fluff the chest and facial area.
My Pomeranian looked very nice back when I would take him in to get a lion cut. The lion style will thrust your Pomeranian into the spotlight! Just ask your groomer for the cut and if you don’t like it it will always grow out.

The Elephant Nose Fish or Peters Elephant Nose as it is often called, originating in Central Africa’s Zaire river basin, has been found in waters from the Niger to the Cameroon’s. Due to its strange appearance, the Elephant Nose Fish has become a trendy choice among aquarists.
Aptly named, the elephant nose fish is rather unique – both the top of the fish and the bottom look alike ending in a Caudal fin or fork shaped tail the dorsal fin at the end of the body is then mirrored by the anal fin. The distinguishing feature on this fish is its jaw at eye level which extends to a trunk like position.
Their black or dark brown background color makes the two yellow vertical stripes that run between the anal and dorsal fins stand out. It’s not the most beautiful aquarium fish but it offers its own special charm. Elephant Nose fish are able to grow to nine inches and they prefer to live within 25 to 30 gallons of water.
